Mona has a Master of Environmental Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering (Biotechnology) from Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran, and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, Iran
