The Health And Safety Team

Chelsea Scalia is a sustainability researcher at ERA Environmental Management Solutions, specializing in waste minimization and biodiversity. She holds a Bachelor of Science Specialization in Environmental Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Concordia University. Chelsea works closely with industry professionals in the automotive industry to develop automation solutions for waste mitigation, biodiversity, and sustainability reporting. She has educated manufacturers about waste management best practices at a number of events and was recently invited to present for the U.S. EPA.

Julien holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology and a Master of Science in Neuroscience from McGill University. He works as a technical writer and scientist for the Health & Safety team in ERA. He specializes in writing instructions on how to use the Health & Safety modules, as well as developing the Compliance module and the Event Scheduler.

Aleem is a scientist for the Health and Safety team. He holds a Master of Electrical Engineering from Concordia University, with specialization in Renewable Energy and Statistical Analysis. He has past experience of business analysis in Sales and Distribution industry and now, since graduation, has been working with ERA and using his expertise in the health and safety compliance, helping with bugs and tech supports and engineering customized business models for clients.

Edward McCrady is a Business Systems Analyst at ERA Environmental Management Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from McGill University as well as a Professional Certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning. He currently works closely with industry professionals in the automotive and manufacturing industries to implement sustainability reporting solutions.
