Sebastian Sykucki

EH&S Project Manager

As a manager of the H&S team, Sebastian Sykucki coordinates the implementation of various projects with a focus on Incidents Tracking, Behavior-Based Safety Observations, Audits, and Inspections. He holds a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Environmental Sciences from Concordia University and has many years of professional IT experience under his belt. Working closely with clients, business analysts, and ERA’s development team, Sebastian ensures the successful implementation of software projects for manufacturing, automotive, and chemical processing industries.

Chris Sarlos

Environmental Scientist

Chris Sarlos is a project manager of the GHS team. His academic background is in environmental engineering with a specialization in water and wastewater treatment. At ERA, his primary focus has been waste management and sustainability. Chris has contributed to projects in a variety of fields, including health & safety, environmental management, and GHS & chemical regulations.

Chelsea Scalia

EH&S Project Manager

Chelsea Scalia is an EH&S and sustainability project manager at ERA Environmental Management Solutions, where she specializes in providing integrated EH&S and sustainability solutions. Her expertise includes Scope 1, 2, and 3 reporting, and staying current with global sustainability regulations. She holds a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Environmental Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Concordia University. Chelsea collaborates with industry professionals, particularly in the automotive sector, to develop advanced automation solutions that enhance sustainability practices and reporting. She has also shared her expertise and insights on sustainability and regulatory compliance at various conferences and industry events, including those hosted by the U.S. EPA and the Supplier’s Partnership for the Environment.

Julien Chambon

Science Content Writer

Julien holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology and a Master of Science in Neuroscience from McGill University. He works as a technical writer and scientist for the Health & Safety team in ERA. He specializes in writing instructions on how to use the Health & Safety modules, as well as developing the Compliance module and the Event Scheduler.

Aleem Imam

Business Systems Analyst

Aleem is a scientist for the Health and Safety team. He holds a Master of Electrical Engineering from Concordia University, with specialization in Renewable Energy and Statistical Analysis. He has past experience of business analysis in Sales and Distribution industry and now, since graduation, has been working with ERA and using his expertise in the health and safety compliance, helping with bugs and tech supports and engineering customized business models for clients.

Edward McCrady

Business Systems Analyst

Edward McCrady is a Business Systems Analyst at ERA Environmental Management Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from McGill University as well as a Professional Certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning. He currently works closely with industry professionals in the automotive and manufacturing industries to implement sustainability reporting solutions.
