The project analyst team is a group of passionate professionals who work together to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of software projects. They are responsible for analyzing project requirements and coordinating implementation with the Scientist team. The Project Analyst Team works closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals and objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Erin Manitou holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio (2008). She has 13 years of experience with ERA Software Solutions assisting businesses improve and protect their environmental, health & safety and sustainability management through advising, generating federal and state compliance reports, permit amendments, and implementing the ERA-EHS platform for numerous organization. Erin Manitou is the recipient of many grants and scholarships, including awards from the Center for Water Research, the Bexar Metropolitan Water District Grant, and the American Association of University Women Scholarship. Erin Manitou also holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology (2001) from University of Texas at Austin.

As a manager of the H&S team, Sebastian Sykucki coordinates the implementation of various projects with a focus on Incidents Tracking, Behavior-Based Safety Observations, Audits, and Inspections. He holds a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Environmental Sciences from Concordia University and has many years of professional IT experience under his belt. Working closely with clients, business analysts, and ERA’s development team, Sebastian ensures the successful implementation of software projects for manufacturing, automotive, and chemical processing industries.
