The Managing Partners

The Managing Partner Team is a group of senior leaders who work together to steer the strategic direction of our organization. This team is responsible for ensuring that the organization achieves its goals and objectives, while also fostering a positive company culture that aligns with the values of the organization. The Managing Partner Team provides guidance, mentorship, and leadership to employees and is responsible for establishing policies and procedures that support organizational growth and success.

Erin Manitou

New Business Development & Marketing Manager

Erin Manitou holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio (2008). She has 13 years of experience with ERA Software Solutions assisting businesses improve and protect their environmental, health & safety and sustainability management through advising, generating federal and state compliance reports, permit amendments, and implementing the ERA-EHS platform for numerous organization. Erin Manitou is the recipient of many grants and scholarships, including awards from the Center for Water Research, the Bexar Metropolitan Water District Grant, and the American Association of University Women Scholarship. Erin Manitou also holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology (2001) from University of Texas at Austin.

Andrei Toma

Software Development Manager

Andrei holds a mechanical engineering diploma from the Polytechnical Institute of Bucharest-Romania, with Highest Honors / Valedictorian in the field of fluids and hydraulic equipment. He has since pursued a career in software development and is currently responsible for developing the EH&S software at ERA Environmental.

Steve holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering and has acquired expert knowledge on secure online transactions and databases. During his illustrious career at ERA Environmental, he has established an impressive track record of accomplishments. Today, Steve is a major part of ERA’s success story and leads programming and development projects.

Laura Weikam

Senior Project Analyst & Managing Partner

Laura Weinkam is a highly experienced EHS&S Manager and Sustainability Coordinator at ERA Environmental, leveraging over 15 years of in-depth expertise in environmental and sustainability reporting. Laura specializes in regulatory reporting, consulting, software, and implementation services, serving clients across diverse sectors such as Automotive Manufacturing, Wood Furniture Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Infrastructure Solutions, and Aluminum Extrusion. In her current role, she focuses on Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting and the complexities of sustainability regulations and reporting, ensuring that organizations comply with evolving requirements while effectively managing their carbon footprint. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and Environmental Science and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Abha Joshi

Admin/HR/Accounting Specialist

Abha Joshi manages ERA's operational team, including Accounting, Human Resources, and Office Management. She has an extensive background in Law and business administration, and several years experience working with sensitive business information and financial data. Abha is also responsible for overseeing many of ERA's sustainability projects for which ERA was awarded a Top 50 Employers.
