Can I change my plan at any time?

What is a 'Source'?

A source is considered to be any "emission point" or similar item listed on any of your permits. These are generally air emissions and water discharge points. The number of these in operation at your site is a reflection of the resources required by our system to reproduce your facility's environmental activities.

Why do I have to pay an Initial Setup charge?

To ensure you get the most accurate results from our software, we take a firm approach when it comes to the initial set-up and implementation. This charge covers the cost of our environmental specialists reviewing your permits and reporting obligations, analyzing the reports you need to produce and accurately reproducing how your facility operates in our software. Our Environmental Project Managers will then profile all emissions sources, characterize waste streams and enter all of the facility level identifying information, so you will be good to go.

Using our software will save you a huge amount of time and money, but we want you to get the maximum benefit possible. We believe in proper customer service and we want to be with you every step of the way. How is my data safeguarded?

ERA Environmental takes several steps to ensure your data's security. We restrict our employees' access to your data. The application is hosted on a HTTPS website using secured SSL connections and is fully encrypted. Our servers are locally hosted at our internal data centers and we also use UTM (Unified Threat Management) network security hardware and software to block unauthorized access to our servers. Individual internal accounts at your company are also given the appropriate administration rights, so there is no possibility of accidental or malicious data corruption.
